45 - Illusion of Motion by Blurred Outline

This another way to suggest motion. In this the artist blurs part of the image around what they want to seem like it is moving.

In this image, two people are blurred and two are not. The two that are not seem to be frozen in time while one can clearly tell that the other figures are continuing to move. The blurred out line allows one to tell that they are people but are also in motion.
